Trener

A personal training and recovery tracker. Single user: its author.

Trener collects the author's own training, sleep, recovery, body-weight and nutrition data, compares actual progress against a planned schedule, and suggests adjustments. It is not a medical application and gives no medical advice.

Privacy Policy

Who this is for. Trener has exactly one user — its author. It is not offered to, or usable by, anyone else. No accounts can be registered.

What is collected. With the author's explicit authorization, Trener reads his own data from connected services: Oura (sleep, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, readiness, activity) and a Withings scale (body weight and composition). It also stores what the author enters himself: workouts, meals, supplements and notes.

Where it is stored. All data is kept in a single database file on a private server controlled by the author, at 212.47.64.137. Nothing is published, sold, shared or transferred to third parties.

Processing. Text and voice notes may be sent to a large language model to be parsed into structured records and to generate the daily plan. No data is used to train any model.

Retention and deletion. Data is retained while the author finds it useful and can be deleted by him at any time. Authorization to read Oura data can be revoked at any time from the Oura account settings, which immediately ends all access.

Terms of Service

Trener is private software written by its author for his own use. It is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. It is not a medical device, offers no diagnosis and no medical advice, and must not be relied on as such. Because the software has a single user, who is also its author, there is no third party to whom any service is owed and no liability toward anyone else.
